Instruction for planning, introduction and implementation of the HPP
HPP instruction
This study, prepared by the Agency, is aimed at providing tips for the planning, introduction and implementation of the Health Policy Programmes (HPP), on the basis of existing legislation and available scientific evidence.
The main aim of the guide is to facilitate the programme authors’ ensuring of the proper structure of the HPP and to draw attention to its essential elements as well as its logical and coherent construction. The information presented in the guide refers to the general assumptions of a well-prepared HPP, while the examples are intended to present the described elements in practice.
HPP modifications
In response to numerous enquiries concerning the possibility of modifying the health policy programmes for which opinions have already been issued and which have been implemented, the Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System, together with the Ministry of Health, has undertaken works in this area, which have resulted in the final position, attached below.
