Recruitment process

6 steps to work at the AOTMIT:

STEP 1   To become part of the AOTMIT team, select the offer you are interested in. You will find it in the Public Information Bulletin (Biuletyn Informacji Publicznej).

STEP 2  Read the job offer carefully and prepare the required documents. All the instructions on how to send them are included in the job offer you selected.

STEP 3  Send the prepared documents by post to the following address: Agencja Oceny Technologii Medycznych i Taryfikacji (Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Tariff System)
ul. Przeskok 2, 00-032 Warszawa (Warsaw) or electronically, to the e-mail address rekrutacja@aotm.gov.pl. Do not forget to include the job offer number in the title of your e-mail.

STEP 4  Wait for a call from us. After the deadline for submission of documents has lapsed, we will check their correctness. If there are no formal shortcomings, we will invite you for a job interview.

STEP 5  During the interview we will talk about your skills. This is also when you tell us about your expectations. After your interview and meetings with all the other candidates have been completed, we will inform you about the final decision of the recruitment committee.

STEP 6 If everything goes well, you will sign an employment contract with us.

Internship

3 steps to starting your internship at the AOTMiT:

STEP 1  Fill in the application form for the internship, then scan it and send it to sekretariat@aotm.gov.pl

STEP 2  If we accept your application, we will either inform you by e-mail or call you. You will also be informed of the start date of your internship.

STEP 3  You will meet your mentor on the day the internship starts. You will complete all the formalities and undergo health and safety training.
