The Meeting of the Transparency Council No. 22/2022 of 06.06.2022

The agenda includes:

Preparing a position on the evaluation of the drug Dupixent (dupilumabum) within the framework of the drug programme: “Treatment of patients with severe atopic dermatitis (ICD-10: L20)”.

Preparation of an opinion on the inclusion in the reimbursement of medicines containing the active substance posaconazolum in indications:

• financed under the pharmacy list: acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in children up to 18 years of age – secondary antifungal prophylaxis, targeting pre-existing fungal infections – until completion of chemotherapy; malignant lymphomas in children under 18 years of age – secondary antifungal prophylaxis, targeting pre-existing fungal infections – until completion of chemotherapy; solid tumours in children under 18 years of age – secondary antifungal prophylaxis, targeting pre-existing fungal infections – until completion of chemotherapy;
• financed within the chemotherapy catalogue: standard or intermediate risk acute lymphoblastic leukaemia – in children under 18 years of age: – receiving chemotherapy which may cause prolonged neutropenia and who are at high risk of developing invasive fungal infections or – secondary antifungal prophylaxis, targeting pre-existing fungal infections, until completion of chemotherapy; malignant lymphomas – in children under 18 years of age: – receiving chemotherapy which may cause prolonged neutropenia and who are at high risk of developing invasive fungal infections or – secondary antifungal prophylaxis, targeting pre-existing fungal infections, until completion of chemotherapy; solid tumours – in children under 18 years of age: – receiving chemotherapy which may cause prolonged neutropenia and who are at high risk of developing invasive fungal infections or – secondary antifungal prophylaxis, targeting pre-existing fungal infections – until completion of chemotherapy.
